Do I need to sign in to see my purchase history?

Yes, sign in to your UNLTD members account and visit the order section to see your purchase history. Orders made through the guest checkout method can only see their order history in the form of past order confirmation emails in your own email inbox.

How can I register or sign in to a UNLTD members account?

Visit our registration page to be welcomed into the UNLTD members area. Login to your UNLTD members account with the link in the top-bar on the globeunltd.com website.

How do I make changes or delete my UNLTD members account on globeunltd.com?

Globe UNLTD offers you the possibility to modify your account information. Sign in to your online account using your email and password and you will be able to update any details stored in your account.

How do I place an order at Globe UNLTD?

All of our items are only available directly from globeunltd.com and are subject to availability until the checkout process is complete.

We have made the order process simple, so you have the best chance to get your chosen products:
- Add products to your shopping bag by choosing your size and then clicking ‘Add to cart’
- Navigate to your shopping bag and proceed to the checkout area by clicking on ‘Check out’
- Login to your UNLTD members account or proceed to checkout as a guest
- If you are one of our email subscribers, add code ‘UNLTD’ to the Discount Code box for complimentary shipping
- Carefully fill in your delivery information and click ‘Continue to shipping’
- Double-check your details and click ‘Continue to payment’
- Add your selected payment method and details
- Review your order, save your info for next time and click ‘Pay now’

What can I do if an item I want is unavailable?

If a product you have selected is not available to order at Globe UNLTD, the item is either out of stock or coming to the site soon. There will be wording on the product page indicating the reason for an unavailable item.

For our most popular products, we may decide to do an item restock. You can choose to be emailed if there is an upcoming product restock; this email will notify you with the time and date to check globeunltd.com for your chance to place an order. Opting in for these emails is not a reservation and availability of an item cannot be guaranteed.

Why does my new garment have a distinct scent, straight from the packaging?

You might notice an off-white residue or a vinegar-like smell when you unpack your new direct-to-garment (DTG) printed garment. This is because a fixation agent is used to protect the print during the printing process; the scent and / or residue are not permanent. A fixation agent (generally referred to as ‘pre-treatment’) is utilised for DTG printing on fabrics throughout the industry. Pre-treatment allows the ink to adhere to the fabric, and without it, the ink may flake off the garment after only a few wears.

The solution is to wash the garment, following the washing instructions as normal. For an approach that is friendlier to the environment, simply wear your new garment until the scent becomes neutralised, then continue to wash the garment, following the washing instructions, on your regular schedule. Neither odour nor residue is permanent, they will disappear after a single wash.

Do Globe UNLTD run online sales?

Globe UNLTD does not have plans to run online discount sales at this time. Globe UNLTD products are sold exclusively through globeunltd.com so you can shop with confidence.

Where are Globe UNLTD products crafted?

Globe UNLTD products are designed by our artist in the United Kingdom. Manufacturing of our base-garments takes place in Bangladesh and China, in Fair Wear certified factories. All of our garments use organic cotton which has been PETA-approved for vegan wear. The printing of our designs onto garments, takes place in the United Kingdom.

In all of our design processes, we search for the finest sustainable materials and pay close attention to improvements that can be made to each phase of the manufacturing of our items. We are on a constant search for more sustainable materials and manufacturing processes. In line with this dream, we are looking to maintain the sustainable qualities of our garment materials and move base-garment manufacturing to Europe, to reduce air miles, in the near future.

Products on globeunltd.com are organised into destination categories, but we keep the selection of items highly curated, so finding products of interest should be easy. You can use the category menus to find what you’re looking for, or if you’re searching for something specific you can also use the search bar on the website and all relevant item matches will be presented.

The website presents our entire collection of products. We do not have any permanent physical retail locations at this time, so you can shop globeunltd.com with confidence.

Where can I find sizing and fitting information?

There are size guides available on each item’s product page, click on ‘ Measure Yourself ’ or ‘ Measure Your Favourite ‘Fit ’ for size information to help determine your best fit. For additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What is a pre-order item?

Some specially produced items are added to the website as a pre-order, which is gives you the chance to reserve an item that is not yet available for delivery, but will be soon. Pre-ordered items are shipped, to customers that have pre-ordered, within the timeframe stated in the pre-ordering process. Your selected payment method will be debited at the moment the order is placed. If your shopping bag includes available products as well as pre-order items, your shipment may be split into more than one delivery.

How do I authenticate a Globe UNLTD product? Do Globe UNLTD guarantee the authenticity of everything sold on globeunltd.com?

If the product has been purchased on globeunltd.com it is guaranteed authentic merchandise. Counterfeit Globe UNLTD products are replicas or imitations of authentic Globe UNLTD products and are produced with intention to mislead our genuine customers. Items purchased from other websites or unauthorised dealers cannot be verified.

Where can I buy authentic Globe UNLTD?

Globe UNLTD items are sold exclusively on globeunltd.com and on special occasions at authorised pop-up shops. The details of any Globe UNLTD pop-up shops will be posted to our official social media channels.

How can I report counterfeit items?

Information regarding the sale of unauthorised Globe UNLTD products can be given to our legal department by filling in any information you may have on our Contact Us page.

Do Globe UNLTD have a commitment to sustainable products?

Globe UNLTD is committed to a roadmap from our current high standards of sustainable material sourcing, to a world where our products are created closer to the final customer. We have already begun our journey with our organic cotton garments and tight inventory management to ensure near-zero over ordering. Our next steps include transitioning from plastic packaging, to recycled card and moving base-garment manufacturing from Asia to Europe.

Which forms of payment are accepted online?

Globe UNLTD accepts the following forms of payment on globeunltd.com:

All transactions are secured by the SSL encryption system, built into the Globe UNLTD website. Additional payment method validation may be required during the checkout process, for the protection of your personal and payment data.

What currencies can I use to shop Globe UNLTD?

Payments and refunds are all handled in Great British Pounds (GBP) only.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes, all financial transactions performed on the website are secured payments. For additional information, please read our Terms & Conditions.

Can I pay with multiple methods of payment or in instalments?

At this time, payments cannot be split across multiple payment methods and we don’t accept payment in instalments.

Is VAT applied to my order and can I claim a tax refund on purchases made online?

At this time, all prices do not include VAT, because Globe UNLTD is a small independent retailer. We may be required to collect VAT in the near future, at that time a VAT breakdown will be clearly visible on receipts and invoices. We are unable to offer VAT refunds to customers directly.

What can I do to check the status of my order?

You will receive an email confirming your order when the checkout process has been completed. You will receive another email displaying your delivery information, when your order has been shipped. If you have registered for an UNLTD members account, login and visit the orders section, where order status information will be displayed for each of your purchases.

How do I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Orders placed with Globe UNLTD are processed very quickly, to ensure your items are delivered to you promptly. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee your order may be adjusted once it has been submitted.

My order has been declined, why has my payment method been refused?

If you receive notification that your order has been declined, it may relate to our fraud prevention and other security measures, implemented in conjunction with our payment gateway providers.

Some simple card payment checks you can perform:
- Have you selected the correct card type?
- Is your 16 digit code, on the front of the card, correct?
- Is your 3 or 4 digit security number correct?
- Has your card already met its expiry date?
- Does your billing information match the card holder’s information?

Some further possible reasons for a payment method being refused:
- Was your payment method issued in a different country? If so, does that payment provider authorise international transactions?
- Does your payment provider allow online transactions?
- Does your card have a daily transaction or daily spend limit that has already been met?
- Has your credit limit been reached or does your debit account have insufficient funds to fulfil the transaction?

Orders can still fail after initial authorisation. If a transaction does fail, you may see a temporary charge on your bank account that should be lifted within 30 working days.

If these suggestions still lead to a transaction failure, please contact your issuing payment provider.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options are available and how much will I be charged for shipping?

We offer complimentary shipping to our email subscribers, on all orders of all values to mainland UK. For our subscribers to use our complimentary shipping service, the code ‘UNLTD’ can be used in the ‘Discount Code’ box during the checkout process. Customers who do not wish to subscribe to our emails, pay the full £1.99 shipping cost. At this time, we have just one delivery option.

Items available for immediate purchase are eligible for our 4-8 business days UK shipping service. Delivery times are an estimate and begin from the moment your order is shipped, rather than the moment that you place the order. All orders are processed on weekdays (Mon-Fri), excluding English national holidays.

Once we have shipped your products, you will receive an email with shipping information.

Are there shipping restrictions?

At this time, we cannot deliver to addresses that are not mainland UK, including but not limited to: Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Islands and the Channel Islands. We have no immediate plans to ship to any addresses situated outside the United Kingdom.

How can I track the delivery status of my order?

Tracking your order is easy with your UNLTD members account. Login and visit the orders section, where order status information will be displayed for each of your purchases.

If you completed a guest checkout, you may refer to your order dispatch email for shipping information.

Is a signature required for my package upon arrival?

Your order may need to be signed for upon arrival, to ensure your items are delivered safely to you.

Will my order be affected by customs charges?

There should be no customs costs, you will not be required to pay any customs taxes or duty. For any queries, please feel free to contact us.

Can I have my order shipped to a PO Box?

Orders may not be shipped to PO Boxes, at this time. We use commercial delivery companies to deliver your products and they cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.

Can I modify my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Your shipping address cannot be modified in most cases. Please contact us as soon as possible if a change needs to be made to your delivery information, after the checkout process has been completed. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified.

Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?

At this time, we only ship to one address per order. Please place separate orders for each location you would like your items to be shipped to.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your policy for making a return?

Returned items must be in their original condition and cannot have been used, washed or altered in any way. Retuned items must be in the same condition they were received, including all attached tags, packaging and any other item inserts shipped with your order. A physical copy of the order invoice should be included with any returned items.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method and original purchaser only.

How can I return my item(s)?

You can view all options for returning your order in our Returns Policy. If you would like to make a return, please contact us to begin the process.

How long do I have to return a product?

You may contact us to return products ordered from globeunltd.com for a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days, from the order delivery date. You have fourteen (14) further days (from the day you contact us to begin a return), to return the goods to us.

Can I exchange an item from my Globe UNLTD order?

At this time, purchases cannot be exchanged. Items can be returned within the parameters of our returns process and replacement items purchased through globeunltd.com.

How are refunds processed? How long does it take to be issued?

Upon receipt of merchandise returned to Globe UNLTD, the items will be inspected by our Control & Quality Service Department to ensure the products have been returned in the same condition they were delivered. Refunds for the full price of all items returned (excluding any delivery charges), will be credited back to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.

Do I pay to return my order?

At this time, we cannot offer complimentary returns. Returns are to be sent to our Post Office Box at the buyer’s expense, through Royal Mail shipping only.
