We recommend using a soft tape measure
LENGTH Hold the tape at the highest point of one of your shoulders, beside where the collar of your tee will sit. Measure down to where you like the hem of your T-Shirt to drop
CHEST Pass the tape across your back, under your arms and around the fullest part of your chest in a complete loop. Be sure to keep the tape measure horizontal
SLEEVE Keep your arm flat to your side, hold the tape at the tip of your shoulder, where the sleeve will be stitched to the body of the tee. Measure down your arm to where you like your T-Shirt sleeve to drop

WIDTH Lay the shirt flat, pass the tape across the width of the tee between the seams that run underneath each of the sleeves
SLEEVE Lay the shirt flat, hold the tape at the point where the sleeve is stitched to the body of the tee, at the tip of the shoulder. Measure down the length of the sleeve
